Our company has three departments: Silo departmernt, flour mill equipments departments and feed equipments.
The process of flour milling (from wheat to milled into wheat flour) usually consist of the following:
Steel grain silo capacity: 500-50000T
The silos adopt K235 high quality galvanized corrugated sheets, G275 galvanized layer. The sheets that has standard connecting holes are connected by high- strength bolts. The silo sheet thickness distribution is set according to equal strength theory which makes the silo sheets bear average stress. The vertical friction is support by the Z-type stiffeners.
Steel cone base is composed of upright pillars, annular beams, cone sheets, tie pieces etc. Upright pillars use standard I-type steel material. Annular beam is shaped by C-type steel and it has the functions of supporting silo body, connecting pillars and base sheets. The cone base is connected by high- strength bolts. Strength level of bolts: 10.9 grade
The silo is assisted with safety facilities, such as repairing doors, outside ladders, safety barriers, natural ventilation etc.

Silos
We store wheat in silos. There are temperature detectors inside of silos. If the temperature inside is very high, the blower can blow air into silos to reduce the temperature to protect the grains.
PLC system:
Fully automatic controlling system with a lot of balancer, sensor, etc.
Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, bran instant flowing quantity, flowing percentage, and a percentage for a fixed time.
With working history checking system.
With fault alarm system.
With printer.
